We continually monitor the effectiveness of our quality system and focus our resources on continuous improvement to attain our quality objectives. Our Quality Services group is involved throughout the process from pre-production to shipment of your product. Our skilled machinists are responsible for the quality of their workmanship and Quality Services monitors the process with periodic in-process checks and statistical process controls.
An Operator Certification Program is monitored by Quality Services. We use coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) to confirm part components are 100% accurate. Our CMMs are well-calibrated and located in a climate-controlled environment. Quality also continually monitors ISO compliance through internal audits.
