Winegar utilizes three high precision grinders to produce durable components across multiple industries. These machines accommodate parts up to 12 inches in diameter and up to 30 inches in length. Our advanced setups support precision center type cylindrical grinding to maintain exact concentricity and tight geometric tolerances across entire shafts.

Achieve flawless internal bore sizing and superior exterior finishing through our specialized cylinder honing operations. Our Sunnen honing machines possess the capacity to size internal diameters ranging from .060 inches to 6.0 inches. Our current tooling configurations readily support the .250 inch to 2.50 inch diameter range for immediate production requirements.

Honing creates ideal cross-hatch pattern surfaces that maximize oil retention and minimize friction on moving parts. This process complements our center type cylindrical grinding capabilities, providing complete internal and external finishing solutions under one roof.
