Our facility houses a full spectrum of machining equipment designed to handle varied dimensions and production volumes. We maintain vertical and horizontal turning centers capable of managing turn capacities up to 28 inches in diameter by 26 inches in length, along with bar feeding capacities up to 2.75 inches. 

Our equipment floor features thirty-two specialized turning centers, including small, medium, large, and extra-large configurations to suit any component geometry. To maximize efficiency and reduce lead times, Winegar, Inc. utilizes advanced multi-axis lathes with integrated live tooling and twin spindle configurations. Our inventory includes 2500MM twin 30 hp spindle lathe/mill centers and 2000MM twin 20 hp spindle turning centers capable of performing milling, cross-drilling, and tapping in a single setup. 

By completing complex features without secondary handoff operations, we maintain higher precision CNC turning consistency while shortening overall throughput time. Additionally, our 1500MM twin spindle lathe/mill systems feature automated bar feeders and parts catchers for continuous, lights-out manufacturing runs.
